a silent cry of someone who should know better
Tired-
I’m tired…
Said a man known as “I”
Set me free!
Let me be!
He cried

I know its wrong!
I have to stop!
But let me be
For five minutes
Until the moon lost her shine

Let me be!
Set me free!
Said a man known as “I”
He is tired-
Curled in a pitch dark
Waiting for the star
To lend him her smile

Tired
I’m tired
He cried
