The confusion and hurt that love is and causes
Can't tell up from down anymore. What's inside is liquid green and it use to be blue. With each brick being replaced by emptiness I've lost my footing. There is nothing to hang onto anymore and this wall was so high that there seems to be no bottom. When I beg for your forgivness will you hand it to me pure? Will I have to wash your feet from tears of my eyes before you see how much I need you? You can't see into me because there is nothing to see, but you seem like a black hole that will swallow me. I have to be careful where I step because of the traps you set. Why do we bother with such a shallow thing like love? It's a special kind of poison. A poison I've tried to escape. Why don't we have rehab for it when it kills people everyday? Climb inside the wonder ride it will hurt for a minute. How do we get off of here did you keep your ticket? If the original is destroyed does our lawyer have a backup? Make me incomplete again because I'm tired of being whole. Sanity is a drag and it can't keep up with me. Smile your smile of knowing. Show me your reassurance. I need your faith just like you need my glory. You try to find comfort in others but realize that my bitter love is the only treatment for what ails you. We thrive on killing each other and thats what keeps us kicking. A thousand balloons pop at once and we only hear one. Can you feel the blood my heart pumps from my chest? Can you feel my breath on your chest when we sleep? We are nothing because we are something but being that something will make us nothing. Beauty screams because only she sees how ugly she really is. Take a look in the mirror bitch. Don't fade away, fade towards me. Fade into me. Breathe my air and worship my sun. When my sun burns you understand the pain as a reminder of my love.
