Blue
The color of bruises
The color of pain
The color of Blue
Like a sea of rain

Mix a little purple
With the color of my blood
See the color of bruises
Wash over me like a flood

The color of my bruises
The color of my pain
Mixed with a little hatred
The edges black and grey

Like the color of the ocean
Like the color of the sky
Battered, broken and bruised
Eyes that no longer cry

The color of bruises
The color of pain
The color is Blue
The color of rain....
