FULLFILLED HEARTS

BY TOM COPP.

A song beats in thy wind
As time sings a beginning … an end
From birth we are already dying, a burden we all carry

A time and place for everything
Everything but immortality
We all must die, eventually
Eventually you are through

Enchantments and mystery, two great parts of a wondrous life
But never besieged thus beauty defeats
The beauty thee life
Enchantments are not real, but your life can still become enchanted

Living is a privilege
Do not throw it away
You only get one chance at life
Then comes the end of your stay

Love … oh love without we’re all lost
A life without love is not a life
It is just a sorrow ridden mess

For when your time is up
Make sure your heart is content
If you lived life to the fullest
Your heart will be …

No doubt about that
For those who wished to just give up
Just remember this …

You only get one shot at life
So don’t throw yours away

Fulfill your heart
And you will be free
Thus you may end your stay

You will have fulfilled your heart by now, goodbye and good day.
