A riddle that rhymes. About what time is and what we are to time.
You may not know me. You may not care.
But since your beginning, I've been there.
On the day you were born, I held out my hands.
As they measured you with a ruler, and me with the sands.
You learned to watch my hands, as they moved about with grace.
Over, up, down, around across my face.
You came to know my tics, that I can be dingy too.
Youll allways know where to find me, just look for the coo-coo.
Should you loose track of me im usually hanging round.
Allthough some say im square, on it I can be found.
Grandfathers still a round old chimer.
Yet some say he's just an old timer.
Charish me and i'll be your friend.
Use me till the bitter end.
For one day you'll look back at me, and wonder where I've gone away.
But i will be with you allways until your dien day.
I am not the Riddle, nor am I the Rhyme, yet im in the Title.
Thank you all the TIME.
