Just an Ode I did in English class, got an A-.
Silently whisking me away to the deepest desires of my young and fragile heart. A scattered dream that is like a far off memory. A far off memory that is like a scattered dream. I want to put the pieces together and make sense out of these cherished fragments, long so forgotten about. Reminding and remembering all memories long forgotten, like a chain linking them all back to me. Changing my memories and shifting them to my most darkest and deepest desires. You paint pictures in my mind, showing me what I have missed, and whether I should have known about them in the first place. Soft and sensuous, burning with passion, or black with malevolence, always changing, never knowing where I will end up next. Crashing to the ground or floating in the air, you show my true colors I may have not even known until now. Never ending, always different, to always remind me that my dreams can become my life, even if I am not awake.
