a poem for my dear mother
Dear mother , I wrote to you this letter
To tell you about my journey in life
Days you suffered for me since I was born
And all those sad lonely moments.

You were so young so beautiful then
So full of life and happiness too
When I was sick, you cared for me
No one will give that love to me.

I know now that I am a man
Trying to brave stormy weather
So many times when darkness came
You whispered to me about Jesus.

Dear mother you are older now
But your memories they will linger
Deep in my heart and in my blood
I shall keep your memories like treasure.

I will always obey your every word
To love and not to cheat ever
You told me that a man should be strong
In heart and soul forever.
