This is for a friend who is grieving.
I can't seem to slow this non-stop train.
Driving all the thoughts 'round my brain.
Pain. Emotion. Blur. Panic. Fear.

What if she cries, he falls, she dies, they forget?
I'll never forgive myself; too much regret.
Running. Screaming. Tears. Ever-falling

Joy for a moment; pain for a day.
How long can it go on this way?
When? If... Why? How?

World still turns.

You don't see the good; only live the bad.
All the bad memories make you go mad.
I'll remember for you. All the good in your life.
Friend. Mother. Sister. Daughter. Minister. Wife.
