quick little poem i wrote up the other day
lonesome nights
a broken heart
a lonely girl, torn apart

then one day
an angel came
took her hand
and flew her away

her worries were little
her troubles were none
she enjoyed every minute
until the day was done

quietly
she asked herself
who is this man
who saved me from myself

then as gently
as a precious dove
he kissed her lips
he was her one true love
