Marionette Reflections
by Everis
feat. ME
-------------------------------------------

(darkeveris)
Latent smiles..
dancing, sauntering cross my world of dreams.
Tuned laughter..
disappearing, dissipates into the blue sunrise.
Dance for me..
my little porcelain dolls,
I will dress you,
adorned in satin dresses and lace garbs

Foot prints..
echoes, etched across the fine sand
Laced and coiled..
decorated with broken marionette strings
Play with me..
my beautiful mannequin geisha's
I will treat you,
with tender love and soothing care

Be joyous..
My exquisite manufactured puppets
reflections hid..
obscured behind tumultuous reality's waters
Stay away..
conceal yourself from the water's edge
I don't want the paint
to smear or wash away

(sinceer)
Manipulating your strings...
entombed in the shadows yonder.
Far from controlling,
like dreams and fate to ponder.
Lonesome,
the reality of a world detached
Manifested passion,
seeing the girl twirl, still attached.

I knew I was ...
seduced, infatuated with you
Through the rush,
Thoughts of obtuse mandated views
Your innocence
loyal silence, elements to show
Hollow essences,
soiled finesse, tormenting all I know

Evolving emotions...
As the nights go with marionettes adorned
Tangency of beauty
Centered to revolve while I reflect, my little girls perform
Flaunting satin laces
To drape the curves of porcelain
with daunting measures
To escape the cold world from within

Around dark eyes...
Black strings of hair sway
engulfed in beauty
a world of innocence is portrayed
untouched an isolated
till the evening comes an our paths twine
I blush to paint ruby wine cheeks
lushes feelings of gay

Unsacred perceptions
for my dolls to beware
The evil inside
Deception’s hatred is appalling to bare
Stay strong and gentle
With poignant confessions and stares
These toys awaken me
Without the cruel intentions
Of a world of puppets I truly care
