This is about someone who questions herself and how other perceive her
Who must I pretend to be,when noone cares for the true me?
emotions caged inside fear and joy, can't set free to be someones toy.
Scarred heart from games torn to pieces.
Nobody's satisfied,I bring no heart joy.
Brighten no day,no nights left cold when I go away.
who must I pretend to be when noone cares for the real me?
Sharp words of tongues unkind attack my mind.
While harsh men criticize my heart
Accused of planting seeds of deception, being confronted of false intentions.
Damage to my soul I shall not mention!!
feelings and actions picked apart
Why, when sooner or later they'll depart?
So I ask, who shall I pretend to be when noone cares for the true me?
