Diamond Stars

So bright and still so dark
Beginning of the new age,
Where everything's at a new stage
of development and creation
just like a human relation,
venturing around the top
of a bottomless pit
with fledged edges to stop
and not a single place to sit.

Do you still want to look down?

Sit down with me
in the only empty place,
as we have so much to see
like those gentle eagles full of grace.
The ancient trees
and the orange skies
above our heads telling no lies,
neither will stay nor will depart.

Do you still want to cross the river?

Sit down with me
near the dry river
of silver tears, golden rocks
and diamond stars.
Listen to the sound
of the gentle silence
and fall asleep with me..

Do you still want to stay with me?

Sit down with me
cuddle around my love
and listen to the song of the dove,
I swear this is the only place I want to be.

The place where you are near
and there's no room for fear
where I hold you softly
and kiss you gently
until the end of time..
