its all about love
Hummingbird
I twist and turn
Try to sleep
Never knowing why I weep
Then I saw your face
And realized I was incomplete
The pain I feel
Is what you fix
Like a stitch in a bleeding wrist
Without you I should not be
Without me you were not free
When you are gone from my sight
The day darkens, becomes the night
When I can no longer hear you
I become deaf to the sounds of life
When I can no longer feel you
It blows my mind with thoughts so unkind
When I feel weak; you give me strength
When I feel down; you make me come around
When I feel sick; only you can sooth me
When a feel sad; only you make me glad
These things I say are all true, my hummingbird
You are the only one I love, and I do love you
