This is a poem of a lost love.
Lightning, I see in his stare
As unpredictable as nature, he changes before my eyes
Clouds move in to hide the light, the person I know is there
Thunder is his rage, but the beating of his heart
Wind whispers secrets only I can hear
And the rain falls like his tears, mixing with my own as I scream his name
He comes and goes, like a storm
But when it rains, I miss him most
