Introspection. Thoughts of who we were before we were taught who we should be.
Do you remember your innocence
Before the destruction of you occurred
Before the instructions began
A time before the lessons were learned

Do you remember a time of freedom
There was no blame, no guilt, no past
The world was still a mystery
And you-yourself someone yet to be discovered/revealed

A time when every day, every hour brought something new
And every new discovery, a wonder to you
A time before the questions began and the doubts set in

There were no labels, no boundaries, no deceptions or misconceptions
There were no schedules, no agendas, no preconceived ideas

Do you remember a time when- you simply were each day
And each day was new
