There are those who are alive but not truly, walking, but not moving forward.
My day started out as any other day normally would,
Cleaning out bags, looking for crumbs of chunks of anything good;
And the week had started out as any other week normally would,
Clean up for my PO on Monday,
Then doing things I never thought I would.
The message within sometimes wants to get out,
Sometimes it fades away, depending on my partner.
But it never really changes what all this squalid game is about,
I just have days where I would really rather not bother.
All in all, there has to be an answer, an end to this quest.
Nothing too good can last, as the golden can never just stay.
But while there is continuance, I’ll sit down and smoke like the rest,
Reasoning and traveling on through this absolutely normal day.
