I wrote this in fifth grade when I was "in love" with this girl.
How could it be real to have such love,
And yet be unsure of it?
I'll search for an answer from above,
Where white light has long been lit.

Such strong emotion mustn't go unrequited,
I know this oh too well.
The love of my life has indeed been sighted,
And if not then I'm in Hell.

They say true lovers can start as friends,
That's a fact that I have found.
So, until our very ends,
We'll be forever bound.
