Not for the faint of heart
Black Roses

I have lost myself once again.
The mask I wear outward to the world has been lifted
Only for a moment
However, it only takes a moment
To lose you’r grasp on the world
It is a horrible feeling
Feeling like you cannot breath
Feeling like you can’t live
Looking back I should have known
I couldn’t live without her
Let me stop this pain
Let me end this the only way I know how
I want you to see me in this new light
You deserve to feel the pain of me taking my own life
So up to your steps I go
Grasping black roses by the thorns.
And a gun to my head
Cold
The cold feeling of death
Life through your finger tips
The splatter of blood on your face
Do you feel it?
Do you feel my pain?
Or are you just as detached as you were
The day you betrayed me with another man
I hope it hurts
I hope it stings
Never forget the day of black roses
And guns to the face.
