Rainy nights lead to strange thought processes.
There’s too much lightning
in the spaceship,
so I hop into my car
and drive home.
Toads pop under rubber tires,
hollow rocks (like you said)
on slick pavement.

The things that surface in rainstorms are ridiculous.
