A poem on the empty search of a man's life
The Mirage

All his life, he ran for the unknown treasure,
The loss he made was too large to measure.
Why he trusted so much on his vision?
Oh dear! there exists something called illusion.
Why his search for water went in vain?
When he could have patiently waited for rain.
Why in life we often forget?
What is and not our's to get.

How he wishes things would have been different!
Start all over again, only if he had the strength
No wonder he realises it is too late,
In this false search, he had lost his friends and mate.
But this is the story of all our lives,
Our relation suffer while our greed survives.
So be cautious and dont get trapped in a cage,
Differentiate between what is real and a mirage!
