How else could I begin to justify these feelings?

There is no way
No rhyme
No reason

For my soul to ache this way
For my spirit to feel so empty

When things are obviously
So full, so rich

Yet here I remain

Engulfed in this madness
Entrenched in this world
Confined to these walls
I am running out of steam
Mentally exhausting myself

In search of the answers
The truth

Yet the void is growing daily
And I remain here, without you
Lost and afraid
