a story of love and lonlyness
I stand alone
in a feild of such majestic splender
the stream of the near by brook
flowed through the rocks
and over the cascading waterfalls
i watched the sunset and i think of you
the wondering colors the fresh mountain air
i think to myself
this is the closest i will ever get to heaven
the horrizon and the sun part ways
and i am left alone once more
i turn myself to the silvery orb in the night sky
the unsettleing night drifts upon me
i close my eyes and there you are
i hear the sound of running water
and i see your smiling face
its as if the sun had risen at night
your flowing strawberry blonde hair
bathed in the pale glow of the moon
i see the stars in your eyes
i watch as you danced arounfd in the splender
of the night sky
I call out to you but you do not hear me
I reach for you but you do not feel me
you laugh and giggle
and i am brought back to reality
your beauty fades away
into that moon lite winter night
the pale light showers upon me
and i just stand there
I just stand alone
