Prompt about the robot
He’s so far beyond projected expectations.
In what ways?
He does more than respond to commands – he anticipates them.
For example?
He brought me breakfast in bed every day this week.
Then he’s logging commands and assuming a repeat value on them.
That wasn’t in the spec.
Not specifically but he is engineered to “learn”.  Anything else unusual?
He can tell my moods.
Be more specific.
He can tell when I’m sad.
What evidence do you base that on?
He brought the box of tissues to me when I was crying.
He did that when you sneezed yesterday too.  That doesn’t prove emotional intelligence.
You just can’t see beyond your digital read-outs.  Robbie is special!
I had serious reservations about you bringing R2D2 home for a trial test.
You made that abundantly clear but Graham is far more perceptive.
Then he should have perceived that you’ve lost your objectivity.
Prove it!
You’ve become unglued since losing Arthur in the explosion.  Graham let his sympathy and his desire to replace Arthur cloud his judgment.
If this line was monitored, you wouldn’t dare say that.
R2D2 is scheduled for dismantling Tuesday morning.  We need his parts to build the next experimental model.
You can’t do that!
It’s done.  The mobile team is on their way to retrieve R2D2.  Prepare him for travel.
Just a minute! ---
