Silent Screaming

Have you ever noticed that you never hear yourself screaming. Probably because it is buried deep inside you. Some people confuse the questionable actions we do under duress as a cry for help. Often with me that is a cry of get the hell away from me for awhile.

Back to the screaming. I also think another reason why we do not hear ourselves screaming is that we deny it is us. "Who is that screaming? Why don't they shut up or go get some help?". Well idiot, your ego is blocking the door pontificating on how well put together you are to all the other idiots that are trying to convince themselves how well put together they are.

You see i hear myself screaming all the time. Fortunately i have that little fucker locked up in a lithium cage so he cannot hurt himself or anyone else. I often sit and watch him pace back and forth , coherent one moment babbling the next. I listen to the litany of brilliance , profanity, wisdom, and dead end thought patterns. How sad before the lithium that was him in control instead of me in control of him..

Why are you screaming? What unresolved issues do you pretend are not there over your shoulder whispering into your ear. Whispering the truth wrapped in self delusion, don't you notice everyone can hear him to?

Excuse me my unruly friend is a little louder , he must of got out. That is o.k. I know the way in and out of the maze (i have been running it my whole life.) The stupid fucker alway tries to climb the wall , he never notices how far the fall is on the other side....
