A very short poem about how fragile existence can be.
I know of frailty

The bitter line between

Life and death seemed miles apart

Now they are but one of the same

Too close for comfort

A breath of human mystery

The ignorant must have joy

For perhaps they don't ponder their demise

No worry

No regret

Oh how I wish I could be like them

Holding life by the hand

And death as a lucid dream

But I know frailty
