our minds think for themselves, we are the bodies they control.
If I were to be the end of you
I could never forgive myself.
If I held such hate and contempt,
I'd have to leave you with someone else.

I don't want to break your wonderful life,
and en-cage you in a place of pain.
If I twist your emotions at anytime,
please tell me so I can leave you be.

You are so great for this world today.
I don't want to be left behind.
The sky holds no forgiveness,
but to contain the human kind
(and gives a truthful mind)

I am the hopeless thought,
the one that holds you back.
The one thing that can change you.
The one thing that can end you.
