a poem dedicated to my love, of whose love i am not
Paperback novel

1.A sad memory

I remember when smoke filled your lungs
and
votca boiled in your stomach.

Tears left an icy frosting on my cheeck
because,
I didn't have a boiling lake in my stomach,
I only had smoke circles...
Nippy smoke circles.

I tried in vain to turn my frosty cheeck towards you,
In vain I tried to make you jeaulous by caressing that
boy with a tin neck.

You were happy because you could talk to that girl.
You were happy because you could touch her leg.

Harder did you squeeze it
Harder did mine hurt

I had to get out of there...
No one stopped me not even you...

2.A happy memory

I also remember
That muddy spring when we walked
together.

youlookedatmeandiaskedyouwhy
and
yousaidisitforbiddentolookatyou?

You picked up a flower,
put it in my hair.
The air was fresh, felt warm
and
it smellt of lillies...

youlentonmyshoulderiaskedyouwhy
and
yousaiditwasasignoflove....

it was like a paperback novel,
it really was.

3.Wish?

If you'd come back, it would be great.
If you don't, that's just fine...
Maybe someone else will love me more,
Maybe someone else won't caress other girls in front of me.
