Jimi warned of castles made of sand
Jesus, of foundations set on beaches
I laid my bricks in shaky earth
The tide came as she inevitably would
And tore my house to shreds
I lay now in the ruins of a former life
And nature can't be trusted
Today I must collect what's left
And find my solid ground
