With the rain falling and her by my side, what could have been better?
As the rain came down one Tuesday night, we danced outside in the streets.
We splashed in puddles, we laughed, and the rain poured down in sheets.
I wish i could have frozen that moment in time, so we could be there forever.
Then we could be forever happy living in paradise, just me and you together.
Streams of water washed away the filth of time, and the dirt of memories.
In the worst of time, when death seems near, i hold on to life 'cause of times like these.
Your hair was wet agianst your face, and dropplets sparkelled in your eyes.
The lights of the city lit up every drop like diamonds in the dirt, or fireflies.
don't let me forget!
