When someone leaves who's to blame?
She sits by her broken TV set
And waits for the spark of her life.
She sits alone with her regret
A broken mind, A broken wife.

She sits and waits for the slow of time,
And waits for it to return to her.
She’ll fix the pieces and fix the crime,
And she will correct her heart’s blur.

She sits, she cries and she waits for him,
To realize she was all wrong.
She sits in the dark with life so grim,
Keeping the truth she knew all along.

She sits and wonders about,
The things she lost when he was around,
But she’s the one who struck out.
It was her hit that hit the ground.

He had no choice but to leave.
She wasn’t doing it right again.
He was right to leave her to grieve,
And leave her to sit in her pain.

So She waits by her TV set,
For a peek of what is to come.
She sits with all of her regret,
Waiting to not feel so numb.
