Collection of my best poems.
<size="16">No Words</size>

I can't put this feeling into words
Do you remember me when you lay down to sleep?
Do you remember me, the way we used to be?
Do you remember all the things we said, the things we'd planned to do?
Or do the fights and the tears block out the past of me and you?

I don't know exactly how to explain this
Does she know how you're feeling?
Does she know the pain you've felt?
Does she know your greatest secrets and fears
And does she know what tugs at your heart?
Do you feel any guilt or any sadness over me
Or is it all blocked out with thoughts of she?

Do you think about me or do I never cross your mind?
Do you ever imagine that it's me instead?
Do you ever wish that I was there instead of her?
Do you ever regret the mean things that you said?
Does she remind you of me in any way?
Do I ever come above her, once, at all?

I can't explain what I'm feeling
But I know what's in my heart
I can't spend this time away
Without me in your heart
I want to be yours
I can't imagine not knowing your life
Or having someone take my place
Is she better than me?  Probably.
But no matter how long it's been
Nor how far away you've went
There's nothing that can stop me except for you
'Cause I'm still loving you 'till this day
Do you care?  Does it matter?
I can't explain this feeling
But all I know is,
I can't stand it if we're broken apart

<size="16">Ningunas Palabras</size>

¿Me piensas o nunca cruzo tu mente?

Quiero estar tuyo
No puedo imaginarse como no saber tu vida
O alguien tomando mi lugar
¿Ella es más bien que yo? Probablemente.
Pero no importa cuán largo ha sido
Ni cuán muy lejos tú fuistes
No hay nada que me puede parar menos tú
Porque todavía te amo hasta esto día
¿Cuidas tu? ¿Es importa?
No puedo explicar esto sentimiento
Pero todo yo sé es,
Yo no lo puedo soportar si somos rotos aparte.

<size="16">We Are One</size>

Her wrists bleed black with lies
Her tears spill silent thoughts
Her faith, a dwarf
Her life so little
Her love, so gone
<b>She Is In The Past</b>

My wrists anew with flesh
My tears sealed in their ducts
My faith, a giant
My life so strong
My love, so alive
<b>I In The Future</b>

Sprung from she
She will be me
Are there really any differences?
<u>Though In Inexistant Time</u>

<b><u>We are One.</u></b>

<size="16">The Wicker Still Holds Strong</size>

All alone now
Sounds cliche
Corny
However, true

You hung up
I went off to cry
Why?

Not the most glorious break up
So what?
Doesn't change the way I feel

Shows how small events can grow
Into monsters, and rip
A relationship to shreds
Tear at its boundaries, its soul
Eventually imploding its head

My lies, my lies
So big but not our fall
Why was it the simplest thing, that caused our demise?
Which was supposed to be an act of love...

I know you did not wish it to happen this way
But some things can get out of control
I wish I could take it all back, show you my love another way

Dawn breathed on my neck
That very next day
A neck drenched with sadness, poured right from my eyes
My voice hoarse with worry,
With a dying soul and regret
Waking up that next day
My grief too much to measure
But my unbroken hope, remains 'till this day
Exactly a year later, to the minute
My hope still remains
For that night, the last words you said
"I love you"

My hope still remains

<size="16">EXTRA!  EXTRA!  READ ALL ABOUT IT!  MOST FAMOUS PAINTING IN THE WORLD, CREATED BY GOD!!!!!</size>

I see the twinkle in your eye
The pip in your step
The tint on your skin
The curls in your hair
The talents in your body

Whether you be
Royal, a slave, or just an ordinary person
You are all works of art

God is our sculptor,
Our painter,
Our friend.
Giving each of us a face,
a mind, a heart and a pen,
With which to express the talents,
He bestowed upon us, as well.

The earth is his muse
With its twists and turns,
Cultures and individualities
To create a new person
Sculpted to perfection
Made with the finest clay
A work of art to this day

While Van Gogh, Da Vinci and Picasso
Made works of beauty;
The Mona Lisa,
The Three Musicians,
In Province,
You are all beautiful, too.
Though who created the hands,
Which painted these famous?

<size="16">A Tribute to Women<s/ize>

In our small world of dolls
Our small hands
Our unrespected thoughts
Our sculpted bodies,

Are you perhaps a princess?
With pampered skin, pricless items
Hidden life, forbidden friendship
But physical beauty all the same

Are you perhaps a warrior?
Who never backs down
Never gives up
Will fight to the end of days
And never is seen at fault
But is never given the respect, kindness
Or thanks she deserves

Are you perhaps a dreamer?
Whose feelings are kept a secret
Who can't make up her mind
Who sits by herself at lunch
But creates works of beauty
From nacho statues to unpublished sagas

Are you perhaps an inquirer?
Without a religion
Without a race
Without a goal in mind
Thinking out every step
And letting it all fold out before you,
In your own way
In rows and folds, in threads and cloth
Life is your red carpet
You're definately one of a kind
But is always left behind
And whose opinions are never bothered with

Are you perhaps a child?
Who brings smiles to all faces
But brings pokes and pinches,
To once smooth skin
Who can lighten up a day
Complete any mother or fathers life
But is never taken seriously

Are you perhaps a slave?
Captured for faults not caused by you
Tears as your pillowcase
A life you did not choose
Parents are gone
Friends are traitors
But you are the respected, the strongest one

All dolls have 2 sides
Good cop, bad cop
If you put them all together
A replica of what life should be
Is then created

We are all a princess,
A warrior,
A dreamer,
An inquirer,
A child,
A slave.

All we simply have to do is
Stop
Having our small hands;
Build a world of our own, and make all things fair
Have a say in what we can and cannot do
Stop
Having unrespected thoughts;
Have our voices heard, our ideas put to plan
Stomp on the so-called "men"
Stop
Having sculpted bodies
Be our own person
Not what the "men" desire, anymore

All of us, a priceless doll
Which no ordinary ken can pick up off the shelf

<size="16">Kaleidoscope</size>

Staring into your merciless, black eyes,
Raging with fury, raging for freedom
I wondered what was coming next
You had already lifted me into the air, dropped me back down
And now I'm swinging, round and round

You whip back your mane, swing your tail sassily
Warning your next rider; Beware!
Your hooves held galliantly,
You march with your army,
Upon your never-ending path

Decked with colors, garments and ornaments
Your princes, kings and queens
Seated in carriages not far from you
Those cowards, hiding from you in their carriers
Valiant steed

Your strength is that of a Thoroughbred
Wiping your mane royally
Above all the others
Perhaps this one is an Appaloosa
The one handling me with such force, such power
The powerful Mustang riding along next to me
In our voyage north
You are so modest, but so strong
The Shetland, your are but my favorite
So small yet you hold power over men
Who are attracted to you endlessly,
You rule them with your attitude

These lights, where are they coming from
Spinning around me in a vortex
I feel as though I'm part of a hurricane
All these colors, swishing around me, trapping me
In a kaleidoscope of fear
There is a ringing in my ears
I now hear music, too
And your new rider sits astride you
Ready to take control
Don't let them, it's all you
As I step off the Merry-Go-Round
