A girl facing the end
Tears fell to the ground below the stumbling girl, her face ravaged and broken. Her entire body trembled, driven only by a primal strength. A need for what she was looking for but mostly pain. Faces danced before her eyes, making the landscape twitch and roll with a horrific dance of agony. The obvious anguish of her soul would make one recoil in empathy, but there was no one. No one to witness this girls final dive into insanity, into the black river of oblivion. Her screams of panic and pain echoed across the barren landscape as she finally fell, her face coming to rest by a skeleton, causing her to recoil, falling backwards in terror as the empty vacent orbs dance before her eyes. Somewhere in her fevered mind she thoguht she could hear it screaming at her, blaming her, accusing, frightened. She covered her ears and rocked to and fro, falling forward onto her face, one of her hands falling to the ground and wrapping around a rough, slightly pointed dull stone. She sobbed loudly, the hills echoing her cries of pain as the grass gets painted with scarlet drops of pure agony. As her cries grew weaker, she lifted shattered eyes to the sky, "In this farewell..."
