Beyond pain....

I have seek'ed the love
That burns the self,
And imprints its name
On the waxen heart.
But every time the heart suffered a break,
My soul was always abruptly marred.

So, today I spread my wings
And stand at the edge of Life….
Where freedom beckons.
And I see nothing but what lies ahead,
And I feel nothing but the light on my visage.

I shall drop all encumbrances
I shall leave all emotional pell-mell.
I shall not survive on serendipity….because
All I see now is the SUN.

My Soul shall fly
With the flight of an eagle….
High in the firmament of existence
And hereby I deny to drag on with my Life,
And hereby I promise to thrive in existence.

I shall breathe the molten fervor
Of my Sun.
I shall live with the energy
Of my Seer.
All I feel is not a whimper
Of some passion,
But the hot blood like the Sun
Now fills my soul.
So I take off in the sky
Of my personal freedom,
And Lo!

I have begun the sojourn to my Sun.
