I will love him for as many miles as there are in Heaven.
Leery Eyes

They peered at us through leery eyes.
So young we were to bond our lives.
‘Tis sad the faithless crowd appeared.
Two souls as one never feared.
True love, the bliss, enduring time,
By the grace of God, forever sublime.

I will love him for as many miles as there are in Heaven. Collectively our faults are keenly forgiven. We’ve grown together and never apart. We are but two with one beating heart.

Many precious years surpass,
And on this blissful day,
I see the thoughts of those we pass.
The leery eyes have faded away.

It is love and faith, honor, forgiveness and principal; reverence, and prayer. It is consideration, participation and allocation. It is a lifetime.
