What is that approaching noise, growing ever louder in the night?
I hear sounds
that are coming
'cross the grounds,
faintly drumming.
Creeping near,
it is beating,
almost here,
courage fleeting.
Light beams flit
through the forest.
Maybe it
will ignore us.
Tremble, fear,
and watch it go.

Stupid loud
car stereo.
