A short poem of emotional roller coasters
This twisting and turning through my head, my heart, soul. It's UVs burning it all away. This wood and stone has no place for me but I stay and play, I stay for you. My child before child in the playland, lost in the tunnels. I can't seem to find you in this hide and seek. Never my strong suit, never a good choice to get involved. This sun tickles and warms; glistens on pools, flower; it smells so sweet and my heart melts, smiles for an eternity. But that's all goldilocks and cinderellas silly rabbit. Reality sends wasps and nausea, pilot signals, interruptions and tears. Always tears, it seems inevitable and I miss you. Then sweeping and stinging red rage hate. Cold thrashing storm threw the summer days quiet assembly. Only me in this bubble, what I would give for thier stillness.
