This is my favorite poem that I have written. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do
A million tiny gems
Sparkle on your skin,
What makes your hide
Show so heavenly in the
night, that deep intense
Emerald Green

And you there fair
Yet monstrous one,
Burn like fire in the
sun, to scorch us all with
Ruby Red

To tame the wild beast
Above, you sail through
Crystal waters clean and
Dowse him with your
Sapphire Blue

This one is as dark as
The midnight sky, where
Overcast hides the moon
and stars, so as not to reveal
Pitch Black

Soaring through the cold
Falling snow, blending perfectly
Above, gazing down below your
Mighty breast adoring peacefully
Pure White

You're like a mirror good
And true, to bring the light
Back to me, and gaze into on
Mornings chill and breathe to leave
A mist of dew, beloved
Sterling Silver

Medallion like, your skin
Is fair, as riches come
In all shapes and sizes
This as sure as the sun rises
Shimmering Gold

Dark and dreary, yet you
Are my love, to take me
High in the clouds above
And through the rain
Dreary Grey

All about the earth you
Roam, to claim it all as
Your own, and land upon
The dusty mirth and the quiet
Lurking Brown

Hot and intense your passions
True, let no harm come to
You, whilst we travel through
The trees, all but unseen
Bright Magenta

As royal as the Queen's
Robe, which bears a clean
Resemblance to you and yours,
A peaceful flower in the midst of evil
Sweet Violet

Bright as the morning sun,
Yet pale as the silent moon,
High above in the afternoon,
Lovely as the stars and the twilight
Vibrant Yellow

Could it be, yet you are
Not there for me anymore
We've parted ways but still
Our love is pure as the charred trees
Burnt Orange

Deep in the sea and late
At night you wander
Aimlessly to seek a place
In which to hide forever
Deep Indigo

Lovely as the summer air
The sweet scent to fill my
Nostrils and pluck from
A tree with warm fur bristles
Tender Peach

These are the lagends
As old as time, yet as
Precious as a new born babe
These precious jewels which
We adore

Beauty is vain, humble kind,
Yet not one being can ever
Erase the imprinted image
Of these mysterious wonders

Resemble stones each one of
These do, they sparkle with
The uniqueness which is all
Their own, our own flowers

They soar above on wings
Like the silkiest fabric imaginable
So tender, their veins so clear,
Their hides always glitter
Like treasures so rare

Rare they are and rare
They will remain, each tiny
Scale shows like a gem, a
Sparkle in your eye, legends
They are and legends will stay,
With skin as hard as diamonds
Always our lovers the
Mysterious Dragons...
The Jewels of our World
