The never ending infatuation
She thinks he is too pudgy
He thinks she's too skinny
She's blonde and statuesque
He's short and mystique
Too hard to tell
Which one could have fell..

He is a workaholic and cynical
She's dreamy and typical
It is seem paradoxical,
Hidden and unseen
Of what could have been
Infatuation must it been!

At distance they're staring
When near heart pounding
Mouth sealed, minds blank
Could he just pulled a prank
Some man loves the attention
Perhaps it was just infatuation

Times past, leaving behind
What's going in ones mind
Sparks slowly faded,
Both feeling jaded
Hiding would be best
Hearts need to rest

Moving on, starting again
New adventure just begin
Infatuation soon gone
No worry one be alone
God knows what's best
He'll (God) show you the rest
