I wrote this after my worst nightmare/best daydream came true...
I watched him laughing at the note she wrote
I was sure he'd say no
I thought I was in for a day of taunting
Before the night of endless hauntings
But to my amazement he said yes
I would've never guessed
Sure, I had heard of his past crush
But that time was gone, he must
Have moved on
But, could a small spark still remain
Even after frequent rain?
Could I have lit the fuse
To a disastrous end with no use?
I guess I'll just have to wait and see
For what tomorrow might bring...
