Marissa believes she in love but then she sees all love has a price perfect or not

Marissa  sat on the end of the examining table looking around the room. She couldn't believe she was here. She was always the girl who would come and support the girl in this position. Marissa was the type that did what she was suppose to and followed the rules, always got the grades and never wanted to disappoint anyone so why was she now sitting in the doctors office alone still trying to register the worst news of her life. A pregnanacy would of been better then this. How could she been so stupid she kept wanting to know but no one seemed to have the answers. All she could do was think back to the begininng of the end for her life as she knew.
                                                6 Months prior

It was the first day of school and everyone was in front of cooper complex enjoying the nice august weather. Marissa was leaning up against her newly painted Monte Carlo. It had taken all summer to save up the money to get the lavender paint job and flower design but it was worth it. Her best friends Furonda and Kiara were with her killing time before they returned to their education at 2:00 but it was 12:30 and lunchtime on Alabama A&M campus and everyone was outside trying to show off their new school clothes and the car show was definetly in effect. Marissa had been working on upgrading her on car and recently joined a car club in huntsville so she was proud to show hers off.
"This is our year Marissa", Furonda said nudging Marissa. "Oh and why is this", Kiara asked? "Because were sophmores now. We've taken yet another step on the ladder in life. And plus next semester we'll be takin anothe step in life when we all pledge. Just look how we've upgraded already. Kiara you and Tony still going strong who knew the leader of your group in operation jumpstart would be the love of your life. I'm still fabuluos of course and I've got that good job working in patton hall. And Marissa here doin it real big miss I moved into the off campus apartments and your car is beyond cut, but most of all you said good bye to Xaiver." Marissa just shook her head. "Here comes Xavier now", Kiara said pointing to the red and black monte carlo pulling up. Xavier came and parked only a few feet away from them. He did the customary wave before opening the door or his new girl Denise. Denise was tall, pretty, and fake. "Can ya'll believe only two months ago his back window said our intials. I swear we broke up on a wednesday and by saturday my name was gone and Denise was their to replace it.But he doesn't bother me cause I'm looking to have fun and meet new people."
That's when  she noticed the boy. He'd been looking at her the entire time.He was about 5'7 brownskined with dred down a little past his shoulders he had a real baby face but he was cute and he wore a cute grin. Marissa couldn't help but to look at this wonderful specimen of man. Furonda fnally noticed what Marissa was looking at and looked over. "Girl look at the little clique looking over here." Marissa hadn't even noticed to the boys on the side of him who were looking as well. "I think I'mm bout to start meeting people right now. But would it be to bold or should i wait on him to walk over here?" Marissa was unsure about how to go about this. "I mean we can walk over and have a friendly conversation were strong black women", Furonda commented. "Ya'll can go I'll watch and observe", Kiara said texting Tony her location. furonda waved off her friend. "Come on Marissa." Marissa looked over at Xavier and Denise hugged smiling and happy took a deep breath and headed in the direction of Mr dreds. No time to dwell in the past it was time to move on to her future

.  Furonda knew she had to initiate the conversation first to get the ball rolling.
