Someone to Love

I asked God to send me someone to love
Someone who will cherish me and make me laugh
Someone to talk to all day long until the light turns to dark
Someone to support me when lfe gets rough
So when you came into my life, I knew that I was blessed
God had truly touched my life and answered all my prayers
He gave you all the qualities that I had asked him for
He helped me open up my heart and see you for who you are
A day does not go by, when I look into your eyes
That I do not thank God for bringing you into my life!
