My dear friend
Just came to be
Now lost into
Someone else's eyes

Must be cool
And stay his friend
Until he learns
And this ends

I would hate to see
The broken pieces of your heart
On the path back to me

I'll always be there
For your mistakes
Your broken hearts
And bad days

Just don't forget
Your dear friend
I'll be waiting
At the end
