A reflection on what weather I like best.
Look.
The rain is falling,
see the ripples on the streets?
Watch the spiders pull their nets in.
Search for velvet in the sky.

Listen.
The streets begin their symphony,
the birds are being still,
the children are all laughing,
at the joy that's all around.

Feel.
The crisp touch of raindrops
as they land upon your skin.
The never ending pounding of
the heart inside its cage

Smell.
Ozone from the lightning
collides with the morning dew.
Smoke curling from the chimneys
Fights the trees that you pass by.

Rain.

Velvet Clouds
Singing Streets
Pounding Hearts
Curling Smoke

Magic, is it not?
