Personification poem that I had to write in high school.
Insecurity ran away
hiding from humanity
in the barn, in the dark.
What would they say
if they seen me.

Insecurity sad in a way
scared of people,
scared of what they say.
Sad and shy,
angry and upset.

Insecurity isolated
tucked back,
the hurt, the pain.
The tears, the rain.
Insecurity so insecure.
