A short poem I wrote a while ago.
From the River Side

I watched from the river side
as the leaves floated by
and let my imagination fly.
I saw peaceful boats that made me sigh
I saw raging battle ships that made me shy
I even saw lovely clouds drift by
but reality struck...
and I watched from the river side
as the leaves floated by.
