Don’t remember
the darkness,
the time before you,
when I was heartless.

You changed me,
when you came,
taught me to love,
showed me the game.

Gave me a heart
helped me to smile,
I know it was hard,
and took a while.

But now it is over,
the dark and the pain,
now we can both love,
and be together again.
