The beauty of a doll
Eyes of glass that have no sight
Porcelain hands that feel no touch
Snow kissed skin illuminated by moonlight
Immortalized beauty as such

Never moving, never smiling
Never the chance to live or die
Forever and ever dreaming
Like sleeping beauty she lies

In a wooden box lined with velvet
Her porcelain skin remains unmarred
Untill the day the lid is removed
The day she is given life
