A regular poker night in a country pub in Ireland
Greg's wife dropped him off in the car park, the rain had eased only slighty on a dark miserable night. He pulled his woolen cap down over his ears looking skyward and thinking of his walk home at closing time."Make sure you win plenty" Pam said leaning across the passenger seat. Greg thought about the lads in the bar calling him the "Crafty Dub" on account of him losing less than he won and being a blow-in from Dublin. "Got everything?" said Pam starting the car again."Yep have torch, money smokes and hopefully a few easy punters but I doubt it with the cute whores in there."Have fun and text me if the weather gets too bad."

The car pulled away and Greg made his way towards the light of the pub.You would normally get a few punters having a smoke outside but no one was braving the weather then.He opened the door to the lounge and was met by the warm glow of the well stocked fire.He made his way to the bar.
