Last Memory...
Memoria pasada

Pushing his way through the last bit of leaves and branches he emerges from the bushes surrounding the elegant drive way. Half triumphant in his success he makes his way up towards the house. Passing two expensive cars on the way to the large three-story house he pushes open the front door. Working his way through to the kitchen he looks for signs of life in the house. A glass of cold water or a cup of hot coffee half empty but neither are present. After a short walk through the first floor, passing by a pool table and fancy television and stereo equipment, he ascends the stairs on his way to the second floor. Even after the flight of stairs he still feels light and energetic. Slinking down the hallway he passes several rooms, some with boxes of necklaces and jewellery. At the last door he turns and slowly pushes it open. Comfortably resting in the bed in front of him is a woman known only to him in dream and as the sound of the bathroom door opening hits his ears his heart begins to race and he lifts the knife.
