A rispetto for the 2nd week of The Stretch-About the truest gift of all, a child.
Lately, I have felt sick and awfully tired
An air of hope in the meaning of these signs,
For this is something we have both desired
Sweet tears start to fall when I see the two lines

We see the doctor to confirm the results
In the exam room, my mind does somersaults
We wait with high spirits and hearts so beguiled
At last, the nurse says, “Congrats, you are with child”
